You can also choose from three different roof styles for our steel-frame buildings. Most regular prefab steel barns have a barn-style roof, whereas boxed-eave buildings have an A-frame roof. Other structures have an A-frame roof with vertical paneling that allows the snow to slide off. Vertical paneling is a great option for steel garage buildings if you live in an area that gets a high amount of snowfall.

Our metal buildings serve as a deterrent to thieves, who want to focus their efforts on easy targets. That’s just one of the many reasons why so many people choose to buy one of our metal storage buildings for sale.

On the Boxed Eave Style Metal RV Cover, (A-Frame Type), the RV Cover comes with the Standard Horizontal Roof. The Roof Panels run parallel to the side of the Structure. Water will drain to the front or the back of the Structure. On this style you have the option of having the roof panels installed vertically for an additional charge. We recommend the Vertical Roof Style for the small difference in price versus the Horizontal Roof Style.

Have you ever wondered where metal comes from, how humans figured out how to make brass, or why rose gold is just a slightly different hue? We’ve created a comprehensive chart of metals and their alloys: A list of common metal alloys like this can help us answer many questions we have about our metal tools, our everyday lives, and our universe! We’ve created a list of metal alloys and their uses, composition, and even where their metallic elements come from.

This metal hardness chart organizes different types of metal using the Mohs hardness scale, a metric used by scientists to determine the scratch resistance of different minerals. With diamond at the top of the scale at a score of 10, elements and alloys can fall along the metal hardness scale from 10 (the most scratch-resistant) to 1 (the softest). We’ve arranged common metals in order of hardness in our handy chart and in this list. Our list includes different kinds of metal from metallic elements like silver to common alloys like steel.

One way our building system significantly reduces project costs is by decreasing construction timelines. In fact, our buildings can save you up to 50% compared to the cost of traditional construction. We deliver these savings by prefabricating the building which means that all of the welding is done at the factory prior to delivery and all of your framed openings for windows, doors and even skylights are pre-punched before arriving at your job site.
